British Road Policing Units carry a teddy bear to console children after an accident

Kent police has equipped Road Policing Units with teddy bears to help police officers comfort distressed children involved in traffic accident. The cuddly toys will be given to children when they are trapped in a vehicle or involved in a collision either as a passenger or pedestrian.
