Dekotora are art decorator trucks originating from Japan. Standard delivery trucks are customized with chrome and stainless steel parts, colorful airbrushed pictures and hundreds of neon lights.
It’s believed that Dekotora began in 1975 after the release of a Japanese movie called ‘Trucker’ in which the star drives one such truck.
